If you read my Mini Make Up Bag post you will know when it comes to anything of the lip variety I have no self control. This is the same for lip balms because who doesn't love lusciously soft moisturised lips? Especially in winter when they get can become chapped in about 30 seconds.
I apologise for no post yesterday and a very late one today but a crazy work life meant I barely had time to breath let alone blog but I'm back today with a good'un. I've decided to look at the other side of beauty as we all know the best way to look beautiful on the outside is to put the best things in our insides. So I'm bringing you a little ode to my latest love that's keeping my insides fresh, juicing!
Lets be honest there's no point in spending ages putting your make up on making it look perfect for the day only to have it melt away before you've even got to lunch time. This is where our mini make up bag comes in handy; don't pretend you don't have one, it's the bag inside your bag that hold every item you'll need to keep your face in place all day.
Is it bad that when I was compiling the wishlist image above there was supposed to be the Nars Creamy Concealer in the mix to but I actually ended up buying it when I got excited by seeing what would be my shade of Vanilla; the imfamous shade, was in stock!
We all know that no amount of jewellery, handbags, make up or wine will out do having good skin, that kind of perfect complexion where you can roll out of bed looking like Jennifer Lawrence. They say that if you have good skin you'll need less make up & it's a motto I try to live buy, mainly because it means I can buy more of both after all my skin is no where near perfect so I'm in constant need, or at least that's what I tell the other half. So I thought today in the spirit of research I'd share with you what I've been doing to keep my skin looking the best it has in a long while.
When it comes to skincare there is such a wide variety out there for us all to try, for every budget, skin type & season it's not hard to see why gems can often get lost in the mix. Here's where I introduce you to a product that is not only purse friendly but lazy people friendly too, yep it's a good one!
I know much to my distress that Christmas is over, new years has been & we are now on the 2nd week of January but it is still bath season!
